Ever since I watched Rocky, decades ago, I liked Sylvester Stallone. Receiving several notifications about this movie where he plays one of the lead characters ended up catching my attention. So since I was anyway working on the settings of my Amazon Prime membership, I played the movie... and had to occupy myself otherwise after about 23 minutes. It was the perfect movie to "watch" while I was working on a project on my laptop: every once in a while, I would peep up and check where the events would be at. Because the whole story is simply mediocre. I'm not sure a child would even enjoy it. True, there is the narrative of the disappeared hero that left behind a legend in the mind of the people of the city. That was a promising start. But if this was the case, how come the newer generation would try to attack him when his cover is finally blown? Besides, what's with all these power-zapping grenades? And is Samaritan in fact his brother Nemesis? See, not even the names are creative and seem pretty dull… I can frankly say, I am glad I didn't give this movie my full attention for it would have been a total waste of time! And I still want to remember Sly as Rambo. Not an insipid character with no spine at all... and even though I liked the music in general, this is a NOT recommended watch.
