This was the final result 😋😋

I had been craving Tiramisu, my favorite dessert, for a while. But I am kind of lazy and I prefer easy to make recipes. So when my best friend shared this with me, I was thrilled and had to make it! Here is what you need for 2 servings:

 

Coffee Syrup:

1/3 cup of hot water

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 and 1/2 tablespoon of instant coffee powder

Blend ingredients together and then let the brew cool. I placed it in the freezer for about 5 minutes while I was preparing the cream.

 

Cream filling:

200 grams of Mascarpone

75 grams of fresh cream, 20% fat

1-2 tablespoons of icing sugar, to taste

Gently combine the ingredients until you get a smooth and firm texture.

 

6-7 ladyfingers or mini digestive biscuits. Use any brand or type you prefer

Cocoa powder

 

You can use any type of glass or mini cup for your presentation and depending on the quantities prepared.

For the layering, place enough cream at the bottom of your receptable. Dip the biscuit fast in the coffee syrup and place it on top of the cream in your glass or cup. Cover the biscuit with a new layer of cream. Repeat layers. Last one has to be a cream layer. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top with the help of a sieve. You can serve it immediately or refrigerate it a little before serving it.
