I am often asked for my salad recipes. Truth is, I never follow one. I just mix what I have at hand, which makes them different every time 😁

For this salad, which tasted yummylicious as per my guests' feedback, you will need to mix the following:

1 pack of mesclun salad greens

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced

100 grams of button mushrooms, sliced

2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, each halved

2 medium-sized cucumbers

5 tablespoons of olives stuffed with chili

3 tablespoons of cranberries

2 tablespoons of almonds in sticks

1 1/2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon of raw sesame seeds

Ginger powder to taste

Mixed ground herbs to taste

Garlic flakes to taste

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Croutons to taste

Remember you can customize this salad as you please.
