Lavender is a perennial plant with fragrant purple blossoms. It is known for multiple medicinal uses. It can be used in different forms: the plant itself, essential oil, extract, caps, and even tea. As an additional tip, over the past few years, I noticed that my lavender bushes are repelling mosquitoes, who happen to love feasting on me. I also put dried lavender flowers in my luggage and closets: it prevents moisture build-up and mite infestation. So if you have a small spot to be planted and don't really know what to grow in it, lavender is your best friend. It smells heavenly and has so many benefits for health that you want to have some at hand.
