What I had in mind was to simply have a relaxed MC day, half of which at Kimantra Spa. However, life is in constant motion. And so it happened that I slept very poorly that night and had to take care of some work issues before rushing to the spa venue. Once there, I realized that I had even reached 7 min ahead of my appointment, which made me relax and I decided to clear my mind to benefit from my planned getaway. Yes. I did go for a full package starting with a Moroccan hammam, before having a Balinese full body massage of 90 minutes and then a facial treatment. Ok. I admit I cheated between the hammam and the massage as I darted to the changing room to check my phone that I had to keep in a locker, as it is obviously not water/steam proof, and spent about 10 minutes addressing the most urgent matters at work before being reminded by my therapist that I was getting late. After that, I gradually freed my mind and started unwinding physically too. When my time was up, I wished I could simply sleep where I was. But reality kicked in as my therapist turned the lights on before discreetly leaving the room. And I had to get back to the real world to drive away. At that moment I already knew I would certainly want to get back to being pampered soon. Very soon...
