Ingredients for one large cup of yummy hot chocolate:

2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of sugar, you can replace it with honey

A pinch of salt

1 cup of milk, I use half skimmed but you can use the type of your preference

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

For the garnish, you can use chocolate chips or chunks, marshmallows or cream

Whisk together the cocoa, sugar, salt and about 2 tablespoons of milk in a small saucepan over medium to low heat. Keep whisking until cocoa and sugar are completely dissolved. Whisk in the rest of the milk over medium heat and keep whisking until the mix is hot. Stir in the vanilla. Et voilà! Ready to serve 😋😋

To note: this recipe can be replicated with larger quantities. You can also add marshmallows and/or cream on top. The Lindt with hazelnut piece I placed do my cup in my picture... melted and fell inside it while I was answering my phone 🤣
