I like my guests to have a memorable experience when they visit my home. So, since most people love chocolate, these mini cups are great to serve liqueur, Irish cream, or some whipped cream in them. And, the cups are edible!

All you need are chocolate discs or chunks, and the molds, and you are set! I prefer the chocolate to be dark, but you can also make white chocolate cups. Or mix dark and white chocolate if you are feeling more creative. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Make sure you don't overheat the chocolate. A bain-marie consists of placing your bowl of chocolate in a larger receptacle containing water that will be brought to boiling, hence melting the discs or molds. Once the chocolate has a homogenous consistency, pour it into the cup molds and place them in the fridge until are completely solid.
