I picked my lime this afternoon and was wondering what to do with them.

My friend gave me the idea of making lemon mousse, since its pretty easy and doesn't take much preparation nor a plethora of ingredients.

Ingredients:

100 ml lemon / lime juice

1 condensed cream pack (I use Nestlé as a brand)

1 heavy cream pack (I use Nestlé قشطة)

 

Mix all in your blender for about 1-2 minutes. Place in the fridge to get firm. Feel free to add some lime zest before serving. Et voilà!

P.S. I prefer not to use eggs nor mascarpone like the French recipe states. It makes the refreshing mousse simply lighter.
