December 2: Red Jasper is called the "Blood of Mother Earth" by Native Americans because of its dark deep red color. They believe that it facilitates rebirth. Red Jasper is a quartz stone that Ancient Egyptians associated with the blood of Isis. It also appears in the Old Norse tale of Siegfried the Dragon Slayer whose sword had a red jasper in its hilt. These very old civilizations worked with it to ward off evil spirits and its healing properties ⚡️

The common symbolic meaning of Red Jasper is determination, strength, and grounding/connection to Earth. It is thought to have unique emotional, physical, and spiritual healing attributes such as anxiety relief, courage, growth, and wisdom. It hence comes as no surprise that it is linked to motivation, manifestation, and goal achievement.
