I read this book two years ago. It had been recommended by a fellow NLP practitioner. The cover intrigued me enough to research it and less than 10 minutes later, the book was downloaded to my phone and ready to be heard at the next opportunity. It is not long, the narration is a little shorter than 5 hours and revolves around determining what gets in our way and prevents us from feeling that we are enough. The author provides 10 guideposts, i.e. chapters, detailing what traits to cultivate to "embrace our imperfections" and cultivate one's authenticity. This self-help book is smooth. It points out many things that we sometimes take for granted, such as a joyful moment that we sometimes do not acknowledge to grasp. It is one of the rare self-help books that did not bore me and I would recommend it if you are on the path of guided self-growth.
