In ancient cultures, Earth is one of the classic elements that were thought to form everything from the physical to the energetic realms.
Earth is the Divine Feminine, a symbol of fertility and logic. It represents stability, sustenance, abundance, introspection and wisdom.
Often referred to as Mother, it represents solidity, infinite creativity and is considered nurturing. More plainly, the soil is what we step on day in and day out. Our ancestors understood the necessary connection we needed to have with our environment and practiced “grounding”. This technique is therapeutic and relies on the positive effects from earth on our bodies. Science shows that earthing or grounding benefits cardiovascular health, balances our vibes and can reduce chronic physical pains. Unfortunately, we have forgone the wisdom of the elders by wearing shoes and avoiding dirt/soil contacting our skin. We have thus severed our navel string to Mother Earth. It is however possible to realign the energies and fix our auras whenever we feel like it. It is prefrably accomplished outside, in nature. If you wish to do it indoors, you will need to use grounding mats, blankets and other equipment that you wouldn't need outside.
In the coming weeks, I will be sharing with you simple things that I have discovered, either by following a recommendation or from my own research and experience, to adjust and harmonize our presence on Earth. I do believe that humanity can be a positive presence and live in accordance with the environment’s vibration/energy/ambience. Our auras are influenced by our surroundings on several levels, not only physical or emotional. Recreating our symbiosis with the most tangible of the elements is crucial. But first, and since it is believed that it was only with the combination of the four basic elements, water, fire, air and earth, with the life force, aether or spirit, that life was created, we will be looking into Aether next Monday. Stay tuned!
