Dr. Margaret Paul is a doctor in psychology and a relationship expert. She is the author and co-author of many best selling books that have been translated into as many as 11 languages.
Buckle up for an interesting ride of discovery with the “Diet For Divine Connection”. I experienced more than one AHA moment. At several instances, and since I was listening to the audiobook while driving or doing simple things in my garden, I often stopped and replayed specific sections. Dr. Paul exposes ways to be spiritually conscious. Because well-being is not only physical. It is also emotional and spiritual. Most importantly, she stresses on the fact that there is no magic solution for everyone: it is up to each one of us to listen to our bodies and inner selves in order to lead a vibrational healthy way of life, by observing our food intake i.e. our nutrition, and also by reconnecting to our divine self.
I definitely recommend this book. You might want to read and re-read 🙂
