I have always allocated a specific budget to concerts. Some years, I indulge in more performances than other years.
2013 was quite interesting: I went to the Vaya Con Dios concert alone on February 15, and obviously the ladies sitting next to me wanted to know how come I was not accompanied. I politely put an end to their noisy questioning by smiling and answering that I was very excited to get the chance to watch the band perform in Lebanon. Especially that this concert was part of their farewell tour...
6 weeks later, my friend François and I went to the Guns N' Roses concert at Forum de Beyrouth.
This was equally a magical moment. To be able to watch such legends perform standing so close to the stage was in itself exhilarating. Needless to say that we had a wonderful time.

Another major concert in 2013.
Part of their Rock 'N Roll Forever tour, the band made a special entrance to the stage. It wasn't their first in Byblos and the crowd was high even before their arrival.
I spent a very captivating evening with a repertoire of songs that I simply love and reminded me of my teenage years spent in Europe...
